Together Aligned

IMG_3237_edited.jpg

At Circle100 we are devoted to our mission:

Giving 100% of Ourselves 100% of The Time.

This mission is not a cliche, it is a state of being and a decision we make every time we engage in the business. When we train, when we participate in a coaching session, when we work with buyers and sellers, when we meet with investors, during a transaction and after it's all done.

It's a mission of the heart and each of us must adopt this mission when working here at Circle100 if we wish to get outstanding results. And we do, wish to get outstanding results. That's why when we choose an agent to work with, we need to be aligned, on purpose, on mission, together, and if we aren't aligned on this mission, we can not work together in harmony.

Dear Realtors

How would your life change if you consistently earned $150,000, $200,000, $250,000 or more as a full-time real estate agent?

A message from our founder:

Although many of you understand your potential for success and trying to create your own path, you might currently lack in drive or skills or you might need a different attitude or a different approach.

Wherever you are in this very moment, we are inviting you to connect with our mission, giving 100% of yourself 100% of the time, and make it part of your foundation for achieving outstanding results and building a life worth living.

NAR statistics show that more than 83% of real estate agents who get licensed, end up quitting the business within 18 months. That means that less than 2 out of 10 people get to achieve success in this industry.

Many agents fail for lack of support and lack of training. Others fail for lack of drive and motivation to do whatever it takes to become successful. Self improvement is a huge part of becoming a successful salesperson and too many agents aren't willing to invest in self development.

The bottom line is, if you're not going to make enough money, you will eventually quit!

You need to have a drive, something to push you forward, something you wish to achieve, to become, to do or to have and that should push you to take enough action to build momentum. Without it you will starve.

I’ve been in the real estate business for over two decades. During this time, I have helped hundreds of real estate agents and new licensees go from 0 to over 25 sales a year! From $0 income to over $100,000 a year

There are multiple success stories here at Circle100 of agents who failed at other brokerages and by following our training, working with our coach and by using our systems and our support, they managed to close 25 plus sales a year.

Unfortunately success is not the norm in our industry. Many real estate agents struggle and grind until they decide to quit. I’ve seen agents wasting time and money on useless activities and buying into"magic marketing systems" accumulating tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt, hoping to find success.

Many of these agents lay awake at night wondering if entering the industry was a mistake, questioning whether they should just cut their losses now and fall back into a regular 9-to-5 job.

Let's be honest with ourselves since honesty and truth is the foundation of true success.

If you are not making enough money right now (wherever you are) and you don’t change what you are doing, you’ll probably end up like the 83% of the agents who quit, going back to a regular job and forego the comfortable lifestyle you always dreamed of.

I’ve personally coached hundreds of agents just like you. I’ve taken agents who struggled to stay afloat and helped them turn-it-around and become top-producers. I can do the same for you.

If you can make a commitment to our mission, we can help you succeed.

Everything we do at Circle100 is on purpose and on mission, giving 100% of ourselves 100% of the time. Every tool carefully picked, every training and coaching session is full of insights, passion, inspiration and motivation. We can provide exactly what you need to make sure you are profitable and making six figures income every year.

I want to teach you how to be a top producer, have a clear action plan, gain more energy, more confidence, increase productivity and influence in your local market and building the life you always knew you were born to live.

Some Q's & A's

What's the timeframe to achieve a six-figure income?

It's a valid question with an answer hinging on an agent's dedication, coachability, and follow-through. Typically, committing a minimum of 40 hours weekly to generate and convert leads can lead to a six-figure income in approximately 18 months.

How much financial preparation is necessary for success?

Firstly, you'll require funds to sustain yourself during the learning phase and initial deal closures (minimum 6 months). Calculate your cost of living multiplied by 6 months to determine the required amount.

Secondly, budget for expenses like licensing fees, MLS fees, and board fees.

Thirdly, allocate funds for marketing expenses such as postcards, business cards, signage, and social media advertising. The budget varies based on the intensity of your marketing efforts. Alternatively, if foregoing marketing, be prepared for consistent prospecting and door-to-door outreach.

Lastly, set aside funds for training, coaching, and self-development. This encompasses attending seminars, purchasing books, hiring a mentor or coach, and other self-improvement endeavors.

Is a vast network necessary to initiate a six-figure income?

The breadth of your connections directly correlates with the speed of income generation and sales closure. Establishing relationships and expanding your network is pivotal for achieving and surpassing the six-figure threshold. Aim to include a minimum of 500 individuals on your sphere of influence list promptly.

In the scenario where you're new to an area and lack connections, consider the following strategies:

1. Acquire leads through platforms like Zillow or similar sources offering diverse lead types.
2. Engage in prospecting methods like cold calling and door-to-door outreach.
3. Attend networking events, engage with local businesses, and establish connections with business proprietors.
4. Dedicate time to enhance communication skills, encompassing negotiation, objection handling, and approaching listings like for sale by owners, expired listings, and for rent by owners.

While the process may pose challenges, proactive implementation of these steps can accelerate your path to success, albeit requiring commitment and action.

What does the training entail?

Our training program involves access to an online library, comprising instructional videos and assignments. Additionally, we provide recorded group coaching sessions available on our YouTube channel, covering a wide array of topics, integral to your training.

Quarterly, we conduct live training bootcamps spanning various subjects such as sales language mastery, listing presentations, objection handling, buyer interactions, and more.

Our role-playing club plays a significant role in skill development. Regular practice sessions with diverse agents enhance phone etiquette, presentation skills, and adeptness in handling objections.

A minimum daily commitment of 2 hours for training is expected, persisting for the initial 6 months. Subsequently, this duration reduces to 1 hour daily, ensuring ongoing skill enhancement. Continuous learning and training are pivotal for achieving success in the field.

Are there specific tools and technology required?

Circle100 employs RBO (Realty Back Office), a transaction management software facilitating deal tracking and E-signature paperless technology for flexible on-the-go work. It also features a basic CRM for contact management and follow-ups. While we suggest considering a more advanced CRM, typically ranging from $50 to $200 monthly, agents have the option to explore other systems that alleviate workload.

What additional benefits does Circle100 provide?

Circle100 ensures comprehensive support for agents, catering to newcomers or those facing challenges. Our offerings include personalized mentoring, a nurturing collaborative environment, hands-on broker assistance, dedicated real estate coaching, marketing support, an office director, and a transaction coordinator handling deal closures for efficient time management. We prioritize quick payment processing, typically within 24-48 hours. Experienced agents qualifying as Premier agents receive a 100% commission split on their deals.

What do I need to do to start?

To initiate the process, start by scheduling an interview by clicking the button below. Following that, complete a DISC profile assessment to determine your personality style. This assessment is crucial as it helps customize our training and coaching to suit your specific profile. Once we receive your assessment and evaluate your qualifications, we'll arrange your onboarding either as a beginner or as a premier agent.

Who Qualifies as a Premier Agent?

Premier Agents typically have a track record of closing over $3M in volume or completing 10 sales within the last 12 months. However, there are exceptions, which we can discuss when you're ready to begin your onboarding process.

Who is Considered a New Licensee?

A new licensee is anyone who has recently obtained their real estate license or any agent who hasn't closed at least 4 sales within the last 12 months.

What's Offered to New Licensees?

New licensees start with our personalized 1-on-1 mentoring program. Your mentor will guide you through closing your first 4 deals promptly. You'll have the opportunity to shadow your mentor and receive ongoing support. After successfully closing your initial 4 sales (within 12 months or sooner), you'll progress to our other available programs.
