How many people do you know that likes to bend the rules?
Some will simply do what THEY believe is the "right thing" to do, ignoring rules. I used to be one of them :)
For years I believed that my way is the better way, and let me tell you, I was wrong, big time. Actually I was so wrong that by the time I realized my mistakes, it was too late. My lost was in the 6 figures, just because I ignored simple instructions from those who knew better. Those with experience.
So here I m now, sharing my experience with those of you who might read this post and decide to avoid my mistakes and save themselves countless hours and money.
A short time after my loses, I read a very important quote written by a self made Billionaire: "if you want to succeed in something, find someone who does it best and simply COPY what they're doing, don't reinvent the wheel".
For me that was a huge eye opener as I always believed that my way is better. So I started following my coach's guidance as well as many other successful top producers following the same system. In a short time (6 months) of following verbatim, I had my first huge breakthrough and I tripled my results. It was amazing. Shortly after, I had to hire a full time assistant just to keep up with the additional business volume. That year, I made more than I made in the Prior 4 years combined and continued to grow the business exponentially ever since.
If you are in a position that calls for an immediate change, and need to find a way to improve whatever you're doing otherwise you go out of business, I want to ask you an important question:
Do you keep an open mind?
Will you allow yourself to ask for help?
Do you see how important it is for you to find a mentor, someone who achieved what you are trying to achieve?
If you found someone like that, would you follow their guidance verbatim?
Becoming a real estate top producer is not requiring magic or a miracle. In most cases, it requires you to be a follower of a proven system. A system that when followed, can get you immediate results. Good results. Positive results. More money, more quickly than ever before.
